Meet my chooks! They are part of the reason the Kin Florist garden is so bountiful; they make the best compost. I’ve set up my composting system so my chooks have full access, and they do a great job of turning the heaps for me, foraging for tasty treats and contibuting valuable nutrients.
I add all the “waste” from my floral projects to the heaps, which in time become rich, nutritious mulch to dress the garden with – closing the loop and ensuring the flowers I grow for weddings and farewells are always thriving.
